How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 60-day guarantee, email us at support@trytanluxe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return or refund
  • Optionally, a brief note on why (this helps us improve — but it's not required)

We'll confirm your request within 2 business days and process your refund promptly. No return shipment required for opened or partially consumed products — that's the point of a satisfaction guarantee.

Unopened / Sealed Products

If you prefer to return an unopened, sealed product, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Refunds for returned items are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the package.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund once approved, plus an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.

Subscription Refunds

If you are enrolled in a subscription and wish to cancel, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If your subscription shipment has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, it is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee once received — contact us and we'll refund it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trytanluxe.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not need to return the damaged product.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@trytanluxe.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, our 60-day money-back guarantee applies once it arrives.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Requests made more than 60 days after the delivery date
  • Gift cards
  • Items not purchased directly from this Site (e.g., from unauthorized resellers)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account — some institutions take longer to process
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer directly, as there may be a processing delay on their end
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email us at support@trytanluxe.com and we'll investigate immediately
